Washington College head sailing coach Conner Blouin '10 won a silver medal in the Laser Radial Open at the CORK Olympic Classes Regatta (OCR) held August 15th-20th in Kingston, Ont., Canada. The CORK OCR is one of North America's premier sailing regattas.
